Simon Sayce News

Spread the love

Cancer is a horrible monster that is unfortunately a part of life. My father suffered from Lymphoma cancer and thankfully made a a full recovery. I’ve always gone out of my way to thank the people that helped him get better by giving him the best care possible. They were the true healers.

So I believe it’s a wonderful thing for people to give back when others are in need. Hellraiser Box creator Simon Sayce who’s been suffering from cancer for the past few years recently shared with the podcast that a rare piece of his is being auctioned off at an charity event to raise money for Cancer Research.

Here’s a brief description of the item that’s being auctioned:

The piece is just over 2ft by 3ft. A print on canvas of all six sides of The Box in ultra detail.
This is the last in a group of original pieces that Simon did for his own personal collection. Two of them being owned by Clive Barker himself. So if you’re a serious collector and wish to help out with Cancer Research the auction will be held at Oxford University Hospital on Saturday, May 7th at 3:30pm UK time. The auction will also be online as well and will start at the same time as the live one.
The Podcast would also like to give our very best wishes to Simon in his continuous fight to beat this monster known as cancer. You have so many people that love and care about you. Always know that and keep that in your heart. You are a true inspiration.
