Clive Barker Could See Your Short Film!

Spread the love

Revelations official Facebook page is reporting that Fun Size Horror is holding a new film contest during the holiday season and that Clive Barker will in fact be one of judges for the panel. The only kicker is that you only have a week to submit your film. So you better get those creative juices flowing ASAP!

I’ve attached the official press release below on how to enter the contest as well as the other people who will be on the panel. Good luck to all that enter!

Halloween doesn’t have to end with October: Fun Size Horror would like to invite you to keep the scares coming with our first Fun Size Horror Holiday Contest! Contestants will be pitted against the existential horror of existence itself, watching in dread as friends, allies, and enemies alike are peeled off by the casual indifference of a godless universe, in which the only rules are arbitrarily provided by an apocalyptic contest that sends you screaming straight into the howling maw of madness personified. But mostly you just make a movie.

Here’s how it works: You, the filmmaker, submit your short horror film to Fun Size Horror (in addition to being entered into the contest, your film will be posted on the site for our audience to enjoy). Our prestigious panel of filmmakers will then cast their votes and select the winner! The best film will win promotion on Fun Size Horror‘s home page, will be eligible for further distribution with Fun Size Horror‘s original films, and will have graced the bloodshot eyeballs of our judge’s cabal of Monstrous Movie Mavens.

Contest Details:

  • All films must be submitted by December 1st, 2015.
  • All films must be based upon an original story.
  • All films must have a runtime not exceeding 25 minutes.
  • Please submit all films to submit@funsizehorror.com
  • Ownership: if you don’t own it, we don’t want to see it. Please review our Terms of Use.
