Candyman 2 Soundtrack Release Coming in January

Just like they did with the original Candyman soundtrack last year, One Way Static Records will be releasing special vinyl and cassette editions of Philip Glass’s follow up score Candyman 2: Farewell to the Flesh. I think it’s interesting to see how they’re using the number in the title for this release. I always thought it was subtitled Farewell to the Flesh, but I guess it must be a marketing strategy to separate the two releases. They’ve also made the entire soundtrack available to listen as well for those who are interested in ordering a copy. I wish Glass would’ve created a whole score for the sequel but for the new cues we did get it was worth it. My favorite being Daniel’s Flashback.
