My reaction to Scarlet Gospels Delay!!!

A private source close to the Podcast recently sent us an e-mail explaining to us that The Scarlet Gospels will be delayed for an entire year! Yeah, we can’t believe it either but apparently that seems to be the case. Looks like I’ll be borrowing Ryan’s reader copy after all.

Here’s the message that was sent to us:

Hey guys, 

I wanted to let you know that The Scarlet Gospels will be delayed until 2016. This includes the UK release as well. Giveaway prizes have also been cancelled. The reasoning behind this decision? Poor advance reader reviews! That’s all I can say at this time but I thought you’d like to know. We’re all pretty bummed right now but that’s how this crazy business works sometimes. 

Well this report came out of left field and has definitely driven a nail into my nutsack. I’m so pissed off I could tear off my own skin or cut myself up with a razor blade like the poor bloke did from Hellbound: Hellraiser II. And I’m not buying this poor advance review crap! Did they not read the excellent reviews written by our very own Podcast creators Ryan Danhauser and Jose Leitao!?! This has turned out to be a very depressing day. A whole another year! I can’t believe it!!!
