First samples of Clive Barker’s Lord of Illusions Bluray!!!

The good folks at Scream Factory have released the first samples of the Collector’s edition bluray of Lord of Illusions. This continues to a great year for Clive Barker and his devoted fans. I personally like the Theatrical Cut better, but both versions are worth owning. This special edition will contain both the regular Theatrical Cut of the film on disc one and disc two will feature a brand new High Definition transfer of Clive Barker’s Director’s Cut. I’d love to order from Scream Factory but Family Video is offering it a lot cheaper. Maybe I can get that poster on Ebay!
Didn’t CB mention that the Blu-ray would have a feature on D’Amour? Something about following him from the pages of The Last Illusion, to the screen and on to Scarlet Gospels…I can’t find anything about it now. I was hoping for a few tidbits about the unrealized films and TV show, but it didn’t make the cut for some reason.
Anyway, I ordered from Shout! directly, so I should be getting this one in just a few weeks. The Barker hits just keep on coming.
I would love something like that. Maybe they couldn’t get Scott Bakula to participate because of his schedule. I know he’s pretty busy doing a show right now where he plays a detective. 🙂
